I am a fully qualified member of the Association of Reflexologists.  I practice from a purpose built log cabin, which is set in a stunning location.  It has been equipped to make a reflexology treatment a truly relaxing and beneficial experience.

The first session begins with a detailed confidential health consultation before the treatment, the whole session takes approximately   1 hour 30 minutes.

Consequent appointments last for 1 hour 15 minutes.

A special one-off stress buster treatment is available  at £45

MAR stands for Member of the Association of Reflexologists.

These practitioners are full members of the AoR and are trained to standards agreed by the AoR. The AoR is committed to maintaining excellence in Reflexology and requires its full members to have passed a qualification that meets the highest standards.
