• Local transport is very limited and we advise you that you will need your own transport.

• We are located ¾ mile from the nearest Arriva 585 bus route, with a steep hill up to Brynheulog.

• The nearest train station is 22 miles away at Aberystwyth. Trains are operated by Arriva.

• On arrival to the property the car park is opposite the house, offering safe off-road parking.

• The entrance to the guest suite is 30m from the car park, and is approached by a wide concrete path which slopes up to the house.

• The Guest entrance has two steps.

• Entry is directly into guest suite sitting/dining room.

• Three steps lead up to the double bedroom ~ no hand rail.

• Open plan steps lead up to 'Crow's Nest'.

• A sliding patio door opens onto an uneven natural stone patio.

• Ceiling low in places.

• This room is only suitable for children aged 8+, or for friends travelling together who are prepared to share the ensuite facilities of the main bedroom.
