Transport
bulletLocal transport is very limited and we advise you that you will need your own transport.
bulletWe are located ¾ mile from the nearest bus route, with a steep hill up to Brynheulog.
bulletThe nearest train station is 22 miles away at Aberystwyth.
 
Arrival & Car Parking Facilities
bulletOn arrival to the property the car park is opposite the house, offering safe off-road parking.
bulletThe surface is fairly level - grass and gravel surface.
bulletThe entrance to the guest suite is 30m from the car park, and is approached by a wide concrete path which slopes up to the house.
 
Guest Entrance
bulletThe Guest entrance has two steps.
bulletEntry is directly into guest suite sitting/dining room.
 

Sitting/Dining Room

bulletHas a low ceiling.
bulletThere is wood block flooring in this room.
bulletThree steps lead up to the double bedroom ~ no hand rail.
bulletOpen plan steps lead up to 'Crow's Nest'.
 
Double Bedroom
bulletThe bedroom has polished wooden floorboards with a rug either side of the bed.
bulletBed is a 4ft 6in double with orthopaedic mattress on a divan base.
bulletA sliding patio door opens onto an uneven natural stone patio.
 

Crow's Nest - (Twin bedded attic room)

bulletAccess is by open plan steps (9 steps) with no hand rail. (See photo on accommodation page)
bulletBeds are 3ft standard single mattresses on wooden bed frames.
bulletFloor is carpeted.
bulletCeiling low in places.
bulletThis room is only suitable for children aged 10+, or for friends travelling together who are prepared to share the ensuite facilities of the main bedroom.
 
Outdoor Facilities
bulletLarge Garden.
bulletSeating on the patio outside the double bedroom.
 
Reflexology Clinic
bulletThe Reflexology treatment room is a purpose built log cabin in the garden.  Access is up 6 concrete steps (without hand rail) onto slate chippings path, then up 2 wooden steps (with hand rail) onto wooden decking.  Over threshold then step down into room.
