 The
bed + breakfast accommodation is a comfortably furnished guest
suite with its own entrance. It offers a unique style of B&B.
When you stay here you are the only guests, and all the facilities are yours
and yours alone.
It has an
ensuite* double bedroom.
A clock radio, hairdryer & beverage tray are provided in this room.

 West-facing,
this is the perfect place to view the sun as it sets over the valley.
We try to keep a bird feeder just outside the window, so that you can
bird watch in bed, but a troublesome squirrel sometimes has other ideas!
There is no light
pollution, and the night skies are spectacular. When did you last
see the Milky Way?
 Leading off the
bedroom. (down three steps), is a cosy sitting room with wood burner for cooler evenings,
television, and DVD player, wireless broadband facility and a mini sound system.
Breakfasts and evening meals are served here.
There is a
selection of books and games for use during your stay.
There is no
restriction on access during the day, so you can come and go as you please.

 For
family bed and breakfast, the
'Crow's Nest' is a twin-bedded attic room, accessed from the sitting
room by open plan wooden steps (see photo below).
It is suitable for children aged 8+, or for friends travelling
together, who are prepared to share the ensuite facilities of the main
bedroom.
Providing 2 people take up the
accommodation, no single supplement will be charged. So, 2 people
travelling together can have separate rooms provided they don't mind
sharing the ensuite.
